Bed & Breakfast
Hope Mill is a recently restored grade II listed water mill dating back to c1700. Situated one mile outside of Clifton-upon-Teme village, the property can be found set away from the road accessed via a track driveway in a perfect rural setting.
The mill, complete with water wheel is set in beautiful surroundings. Get ready to relax to the sound of the babbling Sapey brook and waterfall. This is an adult only stay in this two bedroom accommodation.
We are on a plot of just under 14 acres of paddocks and woodland. The perfect place to sit, relax and unwind.
Our mini woodland walk that navigates alongside the brook will help walk off the generous breakfast. You may get to see some of our many visitors; the Muntjac deer, otter or the woodpeckers, kingfishers and
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is between 3pm - 8pm
Check-out time is 11am
The entrance to Hope Mill has 29 steps on its approach and the guest bedrooms are on the first floor, therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.
As we have three dogs which roam freely around the property (except in guest rooms) we are not able to accommodate guest dogs.
We have a number of hazards at the property; deep water pools, multiple steps and steep slopes so we feel it not suitable for children.
Smoking is not permitted within Hope Mill. All rooms are installed with smoke alarms. You may however smoke in the car park.
